Job Overview: Manages staff and activities of the Call Center to ensure a pleasant guest experience and efficient and effective provision of services. Applies high guest service standards. Works closely with Revenue Strategy Manager, Hotel Yield Supervisor, and related departments in regards to hotel occupancy and system analysis.

Job Requirements:

Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:

• A combination of post-high school education and/or call center or hotel experience to equal five years, including a minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Experience and knowledge of hotel-specific software.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Assists manager in budget preparation and maintenance, forecasting and reconciling revenue. Responsible for department expenses according to budget/re-forecast
