Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator , you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment.

Location : Ecorse, Michigan

Pay : $21.00

Responsibilities :

• Operate cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment according to safety guidelines
• Perform pre-operational checks on cranes to ensure they are in proper working condition
• Safely secure loads using appropriate rigging techniques
• Communicate with team members to coordinate lifting operations
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety protocols
• Inspect and maintain crane equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Skills :

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills :

• Strong knowledge of materials handling techniques and best practices
• Experience operating a variety of cranes, including Hi-Lo and Clamp trucks
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with crane equipment
