Activity Assistant
SMP Health - St. Catherine South is a skilled nursing facility in Fargo. We are seeking a dedicated Activity Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and implementing engaging activities for our residents, focusing on their well-being and quality of life.

This position is from 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday and one evening till 6:30pm and every eighth weekend.

Job Duties:
- Collaborate with the activities staff to organize and lead recreational programs
- Plan and coordinate events, outings, and social gatherings
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members
- Support individuals with different care needs
- Manage schedules and ensure timely participation in activities

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in working with older adults
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well with people of all ages and older adults.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with residents.

Requirements:
- Compassionate attitude towards providing care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well within a team environment
