- 6 months working in Production Assembly Department at SMP
- Plastics, process and coating technologies
- Production methods (for example, Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping)
- Quality management systems, automotive
- Measuring room technology, laboratory methods
- PPAP
- IT Knowledge (Office, SAP)
- English language skills
- Train to work on-site at Customer’s Facility
- Coordinate with Customer’s staff on SMP parts
- Responsible for communicating with SMP team on issues
- Handle all repairs at Customer
- Create and track clean parts
- Able to transport parts as needed
