A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SMOOTHIE SHOP GENERAL MANAGER

In this restaurant management position, you're super important to our success! You're on top of everything, making sure our brand standards are maintained as well as handling all the operations. Every week, you're keeping tabs on inventory and ordering any items we're running low on. You're also a pro at creating schedules that work with everyone's availability. If someone's out sick, you always find a replacement so all the bases are covered. You're also responsible for training new hires. We really appreciate you being our team leader and taking pride in your job!

This GM position is full-time and has a flexible schedule. You work between the hours of 6:30 AM - 9:30 PM on weekdays, 7:30 AM - 9:30 PM on Saturdays, and 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM on Sundays.
