JOB TITLE: FRONT DESK GUEST EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR
As a front desk coordinator, your role is crucial in creating a positive and welcoming experience for all guests as they enter the salon & spa. It is essential to always greet them with a smile, maintain eye contact, and show enthusiasm in guiding them through their salon experience. Multitasking is a constant part of your job, as you will be responsible for answering phone calls with proper etiquette and checking in and out guests efficiently. Additionally, you will be managing and booking all guest appointments by becoming proficient in the salon's software system. As a coordinator, you will also develop expertise in the salon's products and services, allowing you to serve as a retail and service specialist who can educate guests effectively. We are seeking someone with a high level of energy, strong sales skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for the beauty industry to fulfill the role of a guest experience coordinator.
HOURS NEEDED: MORNING & EVENING SHIFTS
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
