We are looking for a skilled and experienced construction site team leader to join our team and oversee the building of decks, docks, and screen rooms. You will be responsible for managing a crew of workers, ensuring the quality and safety of the work, and coordinating with clients and suppliers. You will also be expected to perform some of the construction tasks yourself with your team, such as framing, decking, roofing, and installing screens and windows.

• Plan and supervise the daily activities of the construction crew

• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards

• Train and mentor new or less experienced workers
