WE ARE HIRING FOR A KEY HOLDING POSITION AND HERE IS WHAT THE JOB INTITLES:

Key Holder is focused on providing quality products to the customer, great service and that follow all laws and regulations. Brings a positive vibe to the team and who is ready to bring on the smiles daily the Smokin’ Dragon Way!!

Key Holder Responsibilities :

Reliable, arriving early to open the store and start preparations for the day.

Manage the alarm system, including setting and disarming it.

Responsible transportation, must show up on time. 15 minutes prior to your scheduled shift.

Provides amazing shopping experience.

Bank Deposits.

Must be able to learn product and materials sold in store, perform product demonstrations to customers.

Provide leadership support and able to run store when managers are away and delegate tasks.

Cover sales floor and ensures that assigned areas are up to visual standard.

Assists in opening and closing stores. Be sure all case and light switches are on and the open signs are on each day, also report to owner if some switches are not working.

Works at register, processes sales.

Opens and closes the register and communicate any shortages or overages to appropriate manager\owner. Counts backup bank if working store after another Key Holder or Manager. Runs CC detail report and provides that with end of day report in drop. Collects all store case keys.

Works with store management to ensure there is no misuse of company property or theft.

Support in maintenance, cleaning and organizing of store products.

Trains and coaches new sales associates as needed to help them quickly get acclimated to the team. Report any staffing issues.

Open communication with all management/owners as well as management at other stores under the same ownership.

Qualifications\Skills:

Great customer service skills, Excellent money management skills, Great problem solver.Staffing, planning and people management.Managing performance and profitability.
Promoting sales improvement. EX. Up-selling, sales flyers, etc.

We are Seeking Key holders.

• Our shifts in Fort Worth run from 9am until 5pm and 5pm until 12am. daily. The shifts in Arlington run from 9am until 10pm daily. So we will need to know your prefreance of morning or evening.
