We're looking for team players who have a thorough understanding of the agricultural processes and/or individuals with a strong desire to work in cannabis and an ability to learn. The successful candidates will be responsible for the cultivation, harvesting and trimming of cannabis crops, working in a team-oriented environment, following company policies and be enthusiastic about their career. The right person will be dedicated to the health, safety and success of the organization, work well under pressure and have an interest in learning how to operate new technologies. • Employees must be willing and able to perform up to company standards in all aspects of the cultivation, harvesting and trimming process. Some employees may specialize in one area of the overall process but all employees must be open to working wherever they are needed at the time.
• Those with prior landscape/nursery/construction experience preferred.
• Must have checking account. Paychecks are issued every Friday by direct deposit. No paper checks will be issued.
• Pay is commensurate upon experience. $13-18 /hr
• (Mon-Fri) 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• Some Weekends and Overtime hours will be necessary.
