What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manager to join our team in Southern California (i.e. Downtown Los Angeles). The Manager will play a crucial role in managing inventory and operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, operational logistics and driver daily operation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control procedures, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. Ensure accurate inventory counts, timely replenishment, and proper handling of stock.
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials. Process incoming orders, pick and pack items, and coordinate outbound shipments to meet customer demand.
• Warehouse and Driver Operations: Supervise day-to-day warehouse and driver activities, including material handling, picking, packing, and shipping. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and regulations. Hands on position.
• Inventory Analysis: Conduct regular inventory audits and analysis to identify discrepancies, variances, and trends. Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce shrinkage, and improve inventory accuracy.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Implement best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction. Foster a positive work culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Create and/or revise quality control standards and procedures to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and condition of inventory. Address any quality issues or customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports, metrics, and KPIs to track inventory levels, operational performance, and key metrics. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to drive operational excellence.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to inventory management, workplace safety, and environmental sustainability.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service, to align inventory and operations with business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in inventory management (i.e. Blaze and METRC systems), Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
