SMO Enterprises, Inc. is a service provider for FedEx in St. Peters, MO.

We currently have a 4-day work week opportunity available to join our team as a route driver, making deliveries in the Chesterfield and St. Peters areas.

Our drivers average between 150-175 stops per day, depending on the geography.

Starting Pay for our Delivery Drivers for our 4-Day Work Week Schedule: $860 PER WEEK

• First year pay range is between $48,000 and $50,000 based on performance
• Option for Overtime available
• While this is not an hourly position, with bonuses, first year pay is the equivalent of $26.88 per hour for candidates with no prior experience
• For candidates with prior parcel delivery experience, (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL) starting salary may be negotiable

Current Schedule Availability:

• 4 days, Full-Time: Friday through Monday
• Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on average
• Routes are designed to be completed within 8 hours.
• Option to add additional workdays for overtime pay on a weekly or rotating schedule
• Upon successful completion of a 90-day probationary period, opportunity for schedule changes made available based on performance

Requirements that must be met:

• Minimum of a Class E Driver's License
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must pass a DOT physical and Drug Screen
• Must pass a Background Check
• Must have the ability to lift, carry and deliver packages (Dollies are provided)
