New Car Franchise Dealership in Smithtown is looking for ambitious candidates for our Allstate Insurance Department. We REQUIRE an ACTIVE PERSONAL LINES LICENSE!

We are offering TOP HOURLY PAY ($20 per hour) to those in the field for this Full-time position (30-40 hours). PLUS, highly competitive commission rates (Tiered scale based on amount sold). Saturday flexibility is required.

Skill required for this position are but not limited to: 

• Must be a Team Player and work well with others.

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

• Positive attitude with a high-energy personality.

• Organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

• Completing the acquisition of insurance information for customer (whether or not they have Allstate) 
• Pitching and producing quality sales numbers in the field of Personal Lines insurance 
• Follow-up and customer service to those within our book of business
