Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurate PO Entry:
- Enter orders precisely, adhering to established guidelines and timeframes.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve order discrepancies promptly.
- Contract Management and Integrity:
- Understand and uphold contract guardrails during order entry.
- Address contract-related issues to maintain integrity.
- Backlog Management:
- Collaborate with the Team Lead/Manager to maintain a clean, accurate backlog.
- Work with cross-functional teams for a seamless transition through the supply chain.
- Consistently, regularly, and predictably at work and on time.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in order entry, contract management, or backlog management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
