About Us
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with the VP of Sales & Marketing to translate strategy into actionable campaigns aligning with the company's objectives and target audience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and analyze data to derive actionable insights for marketing campaigns
- Manage and uphold the brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone of voice to strengthen brand recognition
- Monitor social media platforms & marketing campaigns to optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
- Develop and engage in content creation for digital marketing
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to sales and customer service teams.
- Establish KPIs to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives by generating reports to establish progress.
- Assist with internal and external communication to keep stakeholders informed.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events or conferences if needed.

Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Education & Experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing or related field.
- Certifications in marketing or related fields are a plus.
