Responsibilities:
- Uphold the Acree standard: Positive, Passionate, Professional.
- Respond promptly to HVAC emergencies, providing efficient and effective solutions for residential clients.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent.
- Keep clients informed throughout the service process.
- Continuously learn about product features and benefits.
- Adhere to proper procedures for procurement and recycling.
- Ensure vehicle equipment and inventory are maintained for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in residential HVAC phases.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Sales Acumen: Enthusiastic about promoting and selling home services.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Dedication to exceptional customer service.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening.
Experience/Education:
- Minimum one year of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance, or repair.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Performance-based annual compensation: $80,000 – $180,000.
