The position summary states the general nature of the job. Overall accountabilities are defined in this section. Core Responsibilities Bacon Rollers supplied with proper sized bacon and correctly and efficiently de-comb and stack bellies. Organize and clean coolers when necessary. Provides appropriate scaling, record keeping and inventory rotation. Pushes out trees of bacon according to average and lot number to designated Bacon Roller. Removes belly from tree asides to table. Removes combs from bellies and asides combs neatly onto rod of comb truck. Positions empty flats, stacks bellies in rows and prescribed and asides flats. Asides empty trees to smokehouse alley. Cleans coolers and trims bellies as required. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment. Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
