The Senior Corporate Tax Senior will prepare and provide limited review of the Company's Federal and State income tax returns. It will prepare the Company's ASC 740 matters on an annual basis. The position will provide direction and instructions to lower staff.
Core Responsibilities
90% - Prepare and perform limited review of the Company's Federal and State income tax returns.
10% - Assist with the Company's annual ASC 740 calculation.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university in accounting and 5 years' of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
CPA is strongly preferred but not required.
Intermediate knowledge of U.S. and State income tax laws.
Basic knowledge of US GAAP accounting for income taxes.
Good analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Advanced knowledge of CorpTax Compliance system, SAP, and Hyperion.
Must be able to travel 5% of the time.
