We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Intake Accounting Technician to join our dynamic accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the intake of new clients, accurately adding new client information into our software system, assisting with marketing events, and supporting various accounting functions as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Intake:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new client inquiries.
• Conduct initial client assessments and gather necessary documentation.
• Ensure all client information is accurately entered into the system.
• Data Management:
• Input and maintain client information in the accounting software system.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Update client records as needed.
• Marketing Support:
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure client outreach efforts are effective.
• Help prepare marketing materials and swag for community events.
• Accounting Support:
• Assist with general accounting tasks such as data entry and account reconciliation.
• Support the accounting team during busy periods, including month-end and year-end close processes.
• Help maintain organized records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in an accounting, administrative, or customer service role is preferred.
• Skills and Abilities:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
