Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospital Manager to join our team. As a Hospital Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our veterinary hospital. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional pet care.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the hospital's operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and client relations

- Ensure the highest level of patient care by implementing and maintaining hospital policies and procedures

- Collaborate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure efficient workflow and quality patient care

- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and medical collection processes

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and patients

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote hospital services

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in veterinary medicine

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management position desired

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in computer systems and software used in veterinary hospitals desired
