Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mixer to join our team. The Mixer will be responsible for preparing ingredients and operating mixing equipment to produce high-quality food products.

Scheduled Monday-Friday

8am-5pm

Duties:
- Measure and combine ingredients according to recipes
- Operate mixing equipment to blend ingredients thoroughly
- Monitor mixing processes to ensure consistency and quality of mixtures
- Adjust machine settings as needed for different recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the mixing area
- Follow food safety protocols to prevent contamination
- Assist in other food production tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food production environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Mechanical knowledge to operate mixing equipment effectively
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring ingredients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary background or experience in a restaurant setting is a plus
