Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients within the assigned territory
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
• Provide technical product knowledge and support to customers
• Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay informed about industry developments
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Outside Sales, management, or a related field
• Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales activities
• Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will allow for effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and success
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
