Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Coordinator to join our team. As a Site Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and management of educational programs at our institution. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.
Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the educational site
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administrators to ensure smooth functioning of the site
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of students
- Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their academic and personal needs
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents/guardians
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process of teachers and staff
- Conduct regular meetings with teachers to discuss curriculum, instructional strategies, and student performance
- Collaborate with external organizations and community partners to enhance educational opportunities for students
- Ensure compliance with all relevant education policies, regulations, and procedures
Requirements:
- Higher education teaching experience preferred
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong passion for education and desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders including teachers, parents/guardians, and community partners
- Knowledge of education administration principles and practices
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
