Smith Medical Equipment is Hiring a Medical Equipment Delivery Technician Near Edmond, OK

About us

Smith Medical Equipment is a family owned and operated home medical equipment provider based in Edmond, Oklahoma. We provide industry leading sales and service for home DME and mobility solutions through innovative technology and unmatched expertise.

We are looking for a Medical Equipment Delivery Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in delivering various types of equipment or furniture, as well as excellent customer service skills. The Delivery Technician will be responsible for delivery/pickup, setup and educating customers on proper use of the equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Pickup/Deliver/Setup customer equipment/product.
  • Educate customers on proper use of equipment/product.
  • Provide customer service and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities.
  • Maintain a clean vehicle and complete appropriate maintenance/safety records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Current state issued driver's license required.
  • Physically able to lift and move medical equipment up to 60 lbs
  • Physically able to move heavier medical equipment with aid of proper tools.
  • Experience working in a delivery role a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
