Smith Ford, Inc is Hiring a Tire and Lube Technician Near Conway, AR

We're looking for a Lube Technician who can perform routine vehicle maintenance, including fluid and filter changes, tire rotation, and the alignment of wheels. The successful candidate will be trained to diagnose and repair basic mechanical problems and will be expected to occasionally travel to different locations in order to provide equipment repair services and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform lubrication and maintenance work on heavy equipment.
  • Replace parts of equipment as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance on vehicles.
  • Adjust equipment for maximum efficiency.
  • Communicate with other employees about work status.
  • Follow safety protocols.
  • Read and understand technical material.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
