Sales Associate - Western - Full Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our team in our Western Department. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, generating sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Meet and exceed sales goals

Requirements:

• Prior retail sales experience preferred
• Knowledge and experience in Western or Equestrian products
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to sand for an extended period of time
