Smilecloud Family Dental is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Dallas, TX

Our new office is looking for a superstar dental assistant.

Requirements:

We are seeking someone with prior dental assisting experience who has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong work-ethic and is eager to learn.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, self-motivated and strives for providing high-quality care. Familiarity with Open Dental and bi-lingual is a plus!

Primary responsibilities include:

  • assisting the doctor chair-side with all procedures including fillings, crown and bridge, extractions, and root canal treatment
  • sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment and operatory
  • prepare instruments and materials required to treat patients
  • take digital x-rays, intra-oral photos and digital scans
  • chart and input treatment plans (office recently transitioned to Open Dental)
  • experience making temporary crowns

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Must have current RDA license, BLS, X-ray certification and Nitrous Oxide Monitoring certification
