Dental Billing/Insurance Coordinator

Dental Treatment Coordinator or Insurance Billing Team Member is responsible for customer service and helping coordinate a smooth, timely patient experience with
dental treatment coordination, insurance submission and solving insurance problems. Our goal as an office is to choose team members that fit our office culture and have an inquisitive mind. Dental office experience is required for this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collection, data
entry and processing, and cash posting

  • Promoting excellent customer service
  • Ensures patient satisfaction, including troubleshooting when there is a complaint
  • Support business goals by utilizing schedules effectively and supporting the practice revenue
