We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, hard-working, intelligent, reliable and responsible person for this role. We are seeking an individual who can bring a "What can I do to help you?" approach to our dental office. Prior dental experience is preferred but not a requirement as long as you feel you possess the above mentioned.

Some of the duties that this position will be responsible for are:

Verifying and obtaining full dental insurance breakdowns prior to patient's appointment
Obtaining needed patient information to perform your duty
Providing exceptional customer service (A MUST!!)
Answering patient calls with great telephone skills
Checking insurance benefits and being able to explain benefit breakdowns to patients
Liaison between front and back office when it comes to insurance breakdowns
