Smile Island is seeking a team member for the following position: 

•  Position: Temporary Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
• Schedule: As needed. Business operation Monday - Thursday 8a.m. - 5p.m. and Friday 7:30a.m. - 3:30p.m.

Above all else, we enjoy the heartwarming interactions with our patients and their families that make long-lasting impressions. 

The ideal candidate will LOVE working with people and have the following qualifications: 

• 2 years of experience preferred
• Current RDA license required
• Great customer service skills and a passion for working with adults and kids
• Fun, positive, and caring attitude
• Team-oriented
• Reliable and self-motivated

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, leaning and bending
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Dexterity of arms, hands, and fingers to handle dental tools
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Must be physically able to administer CPR

Pay range is $22-$30 depending on experience
