Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix paint and other materials to achieve the desired color and consistency
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all surfaces
- Use hand tools and power tools as necessary for surface preparation and painting
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when working with hazardous materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, including color theory and surface preparation
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the painting trade
- Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating material quantities
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects as required

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
