Job DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTION: Help operate knitting machines and perform all maintenance, style changes, and repairs as needed. REPORT TO: Department Supervisor QUALIFICATIONS: Pass Drug Test High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred Must be able to lift 40 pounds Perform basic math Be self-motivated RESPONSIBILITIES: Help operate machines in a team environment Maintain equipment by following the PM Schedule Make all mechanical repairs as needed Perform style changes as needed Doff fabric daily Calculate production quantities and identify product for inventory Operate tow-motor as needed Assume responsibility for a neat and safe work environment Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and work Practice and promote positive interaction with co-workers TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 90-day probationary period. Salary based on experience.
