Position Summary: Lodges housekeeping staff needed for an amazing ski resort located at Powder Mountain in Eden, Utah. We manage and care for a variety of lodges within the resort. As part of the Hospitality Team, the Lodge Guest Service Technician will have a huge impact on the public’s first impression of Powder Mountain’s cleanliness and sanitation. This position would be responsible for the daily cleaning of the mountain lodges. With detailed quality care, we can ensure guest satisfaction. This team will work together daily to maintain a clean, comfortable, and sanitary environment for our guests. 

Requirements

Job Performance Expectations:

• General and specific housekeeping duties related to the cleaning of entire properties. This includes all rooms such as: kitchens, cafeteria areas, bathrooms and general public spaces, etc.
• Duties such as dusting, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, scrubbing toilets, sinks, and mopping
• Follow detailed instructions for cleaning each lodge
• Ability to organize areas and have an eye for cleanliness. While having the ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Experience with a variety of cleaning tools and chemicals
• Follow instructions of head or lead housekeepers
• Ability to pass on work requests to maintenance department for needed repairs
• Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must have a positive attitude and work well with others
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance
• Honesty and integrity are a must
• Over 16 years old required
• Seasonal full-time available
• Driver’s License with good driving record preferred but not required
• Adherence to early morning starts and potential late evenings
• Able to use own transportation to commute between company locations
• Has good work ethic and is dependable and on time
• Able to work holidays, weekends and possibly nights
• Great attitude, positive mindset, and able to adapt to any situation.

Physical Requirements

•  Ability to stoop, bend and reach for periods of time
• Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Physically capable to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills

Work Environment

Work is primarily performed in an indoor environment, exposure to noise, dust, mechanical and electrical hazards, and cleaning chemicals. Occasionally exposed to outdoor climate in which employee will be exposed to a variety of temperatures/weather.
