SMD Assistants LLC is Hiring a Client Coordinator Near Oklahoma, OK

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support and possess excellent organizational skills. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate client appointments and maintain the scheduling system.
- Assist with event planning and execution.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Provide administrative support including proofreading documents, filing, and maintaining records.
- Ensure client files are organized and up-to-date.

Experience:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing client accounts.
- Experience in event planning is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading tasks.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Knowledge of dental office or medical receptionist duties preferred.
- Excellent customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling client inquiries professionally.
- Ability to perform duties of a clerk efficiently.
