Duties
- Provide personalized fitness training sessions to clients based on their goals and abilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and create individualized exercise programs
- Lead group fitness classes and provide instruction on proper form and technique
- Design and implement sports-specific training programs for athletes
- Educate clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Monitor and track client progress, adjusting programs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized training area
Qualifications
- Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Experience in sports coaching or group fitness instruction
- Ability to design and implement effective fitness programs for a variety of clients and ages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
