Come grow with us! We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Commercial Counsel to join our legal team. You will provide comprehensive legal support, manage all aspects of the company's commercial legal matters, and contribute to the development and implementation of the company's legal strategy. 

This is an onsite, non-remote opening in Orem, Utah.

What you'll do

• Have fun! Enjoy the interactions with customers and co-workers
• Draft, negotiate, and review a wide variety of agreements, including SaaS contracts, master service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, channel partner agreements, and complex commercial agreements
• Provide legal counsel and guidance on all commercial matters, including pricing, sales, marketing, and distribution
• Manage relationship with external counsel
• Stay up-to-date on relevant legal developments and industry best practices

Who you are

• 5 years' experience as Commercial Counsel 
• Deep understanding and focus on SaaS and technology transactions
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
• Juris Doctor from a reputable law school
• Active license to practice law in Utah
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
