SmartTalent Staffing is looking to hire a Logistics Admin for an importer, wholesaler and distributor of Asian food products in Kent, WA. Ideal candidate will be motivated to work full time and have logistics admin experience (details below).

PAY: $21

TITLE & SHIFT: Logistics Admin, Swing Shift

LOCATION: Kent, WA

SCHEDULE: Sunday - Thursday, 1:00pm – 9:30pm

JOB DUTIES:

· Answer/screen calls

· File invoices in numerical order

· Make payment orders following the template.

· Uploading payments to the AP share folder in a timely manner.

· Book sales orders that are entered by tablets

· Confirm Import PO prices & make corrections

· Run various reports: Daily Invoice Checklist

· Email reports & PDF invoices to the AR department

· Order warehouse supplies

· Communicate with drivers, sales team, buyers, and warehouse team

· Attach BOL copies to ship-out invoices

· Help out in the warehouse when needed

REQUIREMENTS:

· Good attendance is an absolute must!

· Minimum of 1 year logistics admin experience

· Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack

· Must be able work in a fast paced environment

· Must be a great team player

· Able to work quickly & accurately.

· Must be able to work with multilingual staff.

· Must be punctual & accountable.

· Must have reliable transportation

· Every quarter must be present for physical inventory.
