SmartTalent is Hiring a Financial Analyst Near Arlington, WA

💥Financial Analyst 💥

SmartHire is seeking a Financial Analyst for a Production company in Arlington, WA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Financial Analyst within a Manufacturing company along with a Degree in Accounting or Finance. This is NOT a remote role.

Salary

$75-$90K DOE

Shift

Mon-Fri 7:45am – 4:15pm

The Financial Analyst will analyze past financial performance to predict future performance and to advise the company on its financial strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Analyses business and financial data.

· Creates financial models bases on analyses to support organizational decision making.

· Develops financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.

· Analyzes industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends.

· Evaluates capital expenditures and depreciation.

· Develops automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

· Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

· Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards.

· Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis.

· Thorough understanding of project management.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to run reporting

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related

· Two years of professional experience as a Financial Analyst.

· Excellent knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks

· Experience in manufacturing/production industry

· CPA highly desired

· Preferred experience with SQL and/or Oracle BI
