Experience & Skills:

• 1-2 years of call center, appointment setting, inside sales, and customer service experience is helpful
• Expert at establishing rapport quickly with prospective customers
• Effective at overcoming and handling objections

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities:

• PART TIME: Mon-Friday 4/5pm-8pm (IN OFFICE) and SATURDAYS 9am-4pm (REMOTE)
• Consult with prospective customers about our products and services
• Qualify and confirm already scheduled appointments for multiple markets.
• Dispatching tasks.
• Outbound lead generation and inbound retention.
• Collaborating with the inside sales team and retail sales managers to ensure our schedule is maximized and that the sales representatives are set up for success.
• All other duties as directed by the manager.
