The Role:
The Customer Success department at SmartMoving exists to help our customers realize as much value out of our software as possible. As a Customer Implementation Consultant, you will partner with SMB customers to help implement our software in order to get the most value out of it as possible. This critical and unique function owns all aspects of the implementation for our customers. This includes sales hand-offs, kick-off meetings, system setup/configuration, and training. The Customer Implementation Consultant works both individually and as part of a highly collaborative team to assure our customers are as successful as possible.
