SmartMoving Software is Hiring a Remote Customer Implementation Consultant

The Role:

The Customer Success department at SmartMoving exists to help our customers realize as much value out of our software as possible. As a Customer Implementation Consultant, you will partner with SMB customers to help implement our software in order to get the most value out of it as possible. This critical and unique function owns all aspects of the implementation for our customers. This includes sales hand-offs, kick-off meetings, system setup/configuration, and training. The Customer Implementation Consultant works both individually and as part of a highly collaborative team to assure our customers are as successful as possible.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the onboarding for a subset of customers to ensure they are fully able to utilize our system
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation
  • Advise our customers on how to improve their performance and increase their return on investment
  • Provide best practices and mentorship to customers on how to be implement SmartMoving
  • Help drive process improvements by working cross functionally
  • Manage 10-20 new customer implementations per month
  • Be an expert on SmartMoving, so you can guide new users and answer their questions

What you’ll need

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Customer Implementations, or a similar role
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, rapidly adapt and respond to customer requests and timeline changes
  • Highly collaborative, organized, and execution-oriented
  • Ability to drive a customer project to completion
  • Experience working with small business owners
  • Experience working with customer communication tools (ex. Hubspot, Intercom, Gainsight, etc.)
