Job Title: Return Support Specialist / Buyer/Planner I

Job Description:

• To provide support to the Capital Equipment Returns team by using problem solving skills to help the team receive and properly disposition customer and field service returns.
• This role is responsible for creating return authorizations, troubleshooting returns from unknown origins, and managing customer owned shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to tasks from the Field Service and Technical Assistance teams to create Return Goods Authorizations to return Capital Equipment to the Manufacturing Plant.
• Utilize problem solving skills to identify the origin of unknown returns received by the material handling team.
• Collaborate with other sites to manage returned inventory.
• Participate and train in all necessary SAP initiatives and functional training related to expanding job requirements.
• Participate and train in all necessary GSMS Salesforce initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement by submitting continuous improvement ideas and leading small projects to implement the ideas.
• Communicate and coordinate with Sales Support, Marketing, and Technical Assistance to aid in new product launches, integrations, and sales programs.
• Manage customer owned cycle time by shipping back repaired customer units in a timely fashion and ensuring the timely return of loaner units.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma required - 2-4 year degree preferred.
• SAP experience required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
