Job Description

Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Demantra Demand Management, Inventory Optimization and associated SCM modules like Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Costing, BOM, WIP, WMS and MSCA

Extensive experience in implementation or upgrade or production support of Oracle Applications R12

Consultant must have hands-on experience in Oracle R12, gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing and mapping business processes,

provide GAP analysis and design extensions to address them, configuring above listed modules,

conducting conference room pilots and end user tests, planning and executing cut-over tasks, and providing post go-live support.

Design, develop and implement solutions in Oracle Inventory, Costing, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) modules.

Experience in any of these modules will be an advantage: Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Logistics, Receiving, Shipping, OSFM, MSCA, Sourcing (POs, planning) or Demantra

Build productive relationships with IT Stakeholders (onsite as well as offshore) and lead end users throughout the life cycle of the project.

Lead and manage activities to convert data from legacy to Oracle EBS (includes writing CVxx documents), performing data conversions for each milestone, incrementally reducing errors and conflicts in the data

Should have worked across Implementation/Upgrade projects for Project Accounting.

Good understanding of all the Oracle AIM documentation.

6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle R12 Order management and WMS implementations.

Strong knowledge of Oracle R12 Order management and WMS, including functional setups, configurations, and integrations.

Experience with end-to-end Implementation projects

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders, IT Management, and technical teams.

Certifications in Oracle R12 WMS or related areas (preferred but not mandatory)

Exp - 8-10 years

Configuration of Oracle R12 Order management and WMS modules, including facility setups, order types, flows , modifier, qualifier, price list

pick release rules, WMS picking and putaway rules, LPN (License Plate Number) management, and item setups.

Well versed with Oracle Order management and MSCA screens and customization, both technically and functionally.

Address functional issues promptly and provide effective resolutions.

Implement and optimize Oracle R12 order management and WMS integrations with other systems.

Experience with Oracle integration with warehouse automation systems.

Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data consistency.

Provide guidance on best practices for Oracle R12 WMS utilization.

Conduct training sessions to educate business user on Oracle R12 order management and WMS functional
