Must Need Supply Chain planning experience not just planning.

Must have SAP S/4 Hana Experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document requirements related to SAP and other systems used in the supply chain.
• Utilize SAP expertise to optimize and streamline supply chain processes.
• Manage and analyze data related to material planning, ensuring timely availability of required materials.
• Oversee the quality management process, ensuring products meet established standards.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and cost optimization.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to understand production processes and align supply chain activities accordingly.
• Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in the supply chain.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to make informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Need strong experience with SAP S4 HANA, Supply Chain Planning.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the supply chain, packaging, or distribution industry.
• Strong understanding of SAP and other ERP systems.
• Experience in manufacturing processes and material planning.
• Knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with local market conditions and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in SAP or supply chain management.
• Previous experience working with packaging and distribution in the specified industry.
