Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Architect to join our team. The Integration Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions that connect various systems and applications within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integration technologies such as Boomi and Workato, along with expertise in architecting scalable and resilient integration architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop integration architectures that facilitate seamless communication and data exchange between different systems and applications.
2. Evaluate business requirements and design integration solutions that meet current needs while ensuring scalability and flexibility for future growth.
3. Implement integration solutions using industry-leading tools such as Boomi & Workato.
4. Define integration patterns, data models, APIs, and message formats to support efficient and secure data flow across systems.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements, analyze existing systems, and identify opportunities for optimization.
6. Ensure integration solutions comply with security best practices and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR or HIPAA.
7. Lead integration projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping to build a strong integration competency within the organization.
9. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in integration technology, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 10 years of experience in integration architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing complex integration solutions.
3. Proficiency in integration technologies such as Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.
4. Strong understanding of API management principles and practices.
5. Experience with security protocols, authentication, authorization, and compliance requirements.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
7. Proven track record of leading successful integration projects, from conception to implementation.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Relevant certifications in integration technologies (e.g., Dell Boomi Developer, Workato Certified Builder, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect).
3. Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and services (e.g., Azure Integration Services, AWS Integration).
4. Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
