We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event and Promotions Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in executing impactful events and promotions, contributing to the success of our clients' marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events and promotional activities.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics.
- Coordinate the setup and breakdown of promotional booths, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging presence.
- Engage with event attendees to create positive brand experiences and convey key messaging.
- Manage inventory of promotional materials and merchandise, ensuring adequate supplies for each event.
- Collect and analyze data on event performance, providing insights for future improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative promotional ideas.
Qualifications:
- A passion for events, promotions, and creating memorable brand experiences.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
