About us
Smart Learning Center was established in 2011. Currently, we have four locations with over 400 students from infants to school age. We care about our children and provide them with engaging childhood experiences and the best education for them. Communication and cooperation with parents are the keys to working together to build a strong foundation for our children. We believe in ongoing professional training and meetings with teachers which help us to be a highly quality child care center, and as a result, we have earned a good reputation in the area and continuously maintain a long waiting list. WE love to continue to recruit more high-quality and passionate teachers and teacher assistants to join us, as well as, help us to make a difference for our children and our community.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in our childcare center at a Kindergarten level
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities
- Collaborate with other childcare staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all children in the childcare center at all times
- Assist with diaper changes, potty training, and other personal care tasks as needed
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children through various educational and play-based activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in early childhood education, toddler care, nannying, or infant care is preferred
- A genuine love for working with children and a passion for their development
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom of young children
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a positive learning environment
Qualifications
Teachers - require an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field plus at least two years of teaching experiences
Teacher Assistants - require a High school diploma or equivalent plus at least two years of related working experiences

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
