Responsibilities:
- Water, fertilize, and prune plants as needed
- Monitor plant health and identify and treat pests or diseases
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with plant selection and answering questions
- Take direction and complete tasks in a timely fashion
- Experience operating skid steer or willingness to learn
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a nursery or landscaping environment preferred
- Knowledge of plant care techniques and horticultural practices
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions and able to do rigorous work for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Must have a valid driver’s license & clean driving abstract (for deliveries)
