Job Description
Smart Apartment Solutions is looking for a groundskeeper who can maintain tidy common areas to ensure positive first impressions of the community. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.

Compensation:$13 - $16 hourly
Responsibilities:- Pick up trash/debris and maintain a clean facility/grounds
- Change bulbs in common areas and exterior light fixtures
- Move large items such as appliances and furniture
- Exterior/Interior touch up building maintenance such as stairwells and hallways
- Deliver office correspondence to residents’ doors
- Help with any additional responsibilities or projects assigned by the maintenance supervisor or property manager
- Painting, pressure washing, and leaf blowing of breezeways and parking lots
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability
- Ability and desire to jump in and assist with other community projects
- Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Ability to lift 40-50 pounds
- Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and customers
