Career Details - Customer Service Representative
- Reports To: Customer Service Lead
- Position Level:
- Status: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Classification: Non-exempt (Overtime available)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Location: 601 East 64th Avenue, Building B100, Denver, CO 80229
- Workforce: Under 25 employees
- General Hours: 6:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Compensation: Based on experience, knowledge, ability
- Hourly Range: $22.00 - $27.00
- Provides exceptional, knowledgeable customer service and technical support.
- Assists the sales and operations team.
- Follows policies, procedures, and safety procedures.
- Research, learn, and maintain product information.
- Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Ability to write, read business correspondence, English language.
- Ability to research, analyze, interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations.
- Ability to calculate figures, amounts, apply basic algebra and geometry.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools.
- Construction industry and/or building material products knowledge/experience highly desired.
- Experience with stucco materials, metals, grouts/mortars, sealants, coating, waterproofing, concrete repair materials extremely beneficial.
- Bi-lingual, Spanish and English, highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and practices (Infor SX.E) welcomed.
