Job Summary

Smalley is currently hiring Machine Set-Up Operators!

Responsibilities:

• Set-up machine from start to finish
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and address any problems that may occur during the production process
• Utilize measuring tools, hand tools, etc.
• Complete required paperwork
• Follow all safety processes

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 1-year machine set-up experience or 3 years of experience as a machine operator
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Experience with small engines and motors a plus
• Tool & Die experience a plus
• Pass basic mechanical aptitude test
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
