Customer Service/Cashier

Our team at Smallcakes Orlando is looking for a fun and energetic individual to join our sweet team!

Pay starting at $13 per hour plus tips!

Part-Time position

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate the POS system and answer phone calls appropriately
• Maintain fully stocked display cases with cupcakes, ice cream and other desserts
• Maintain a clean sitting area
• Taking and filling customer orders
• Serving guests: cupcakes, ice cream, milkshakes, cake shakes and other treats.
• Packaging and labeling products for self-service
• Cross train in kitchen to assist bakers as needed
• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and organization
• Complete daily/weekly cleaning check list shared with other team mates.

Requirements:

• Must have a driver’s license
• Must have weekend availability (Friday-Sunday)
• Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience
• Ability to multitask, and seamlessly switch tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
